• What do we want to achieve? cv.co.nz is setting up two further franchise areas within New Zealand - Wellington and Christchurch. • How does it work? • The cv.co.nz franchise is an agreement between you and us to operate our tools and systems for a defined period (usually renewed every three years). We equip you with the tools to create excellent quality and employer relevant CV's for people within your region. • We promote your product via the cv.co.nz website, (0800) CV CO New Zealand Freephone, and product advertising / marketing from time to time as authorised. However it is up to you to promote your services to the local community and thereby generate the level of income you desire. • Home or office? We are very flexible in our approach, so as long as you have a presentable and professional office at home, you can work from your own house if you wish. Of course, you can base yourself from an office if you so desire. • Have a life! We want to give you the freedom to have a job and have a life! You can set the hours that are best for you and your family, with personal options suitable for a parent with young children at school or at home. • What is the cost? With a large population base for both Wellington and Christchurch, the investment is $55,000(+GST) to buy. (cv.co.nz may be prepared to assist with finance options to approved purchasers if required.) • There is also an on-going royalty of 10% and an advertising levy of 3% to support our wide range of services including the 0800 free calling number, ongoing product and training development, award winning website, professional mentoring programme, customer support telephone line and internet sales presence. • Who are you after? We are after caring and dynamic people who are prepared to invest their own time in the development of their resume business, reaping rewards that are both financial as well as personal. You have to be disciplined, focused and pro-active, while at the same time being caring, supportive and personable. You will have the ability to network, forming alliances with immigration and recruitment consultancies as well as other related organisations in your area. Excellent English language skills (both written and oral) are mandatory. • Training Tom O'Neil is a Deloitte qualified trainer and leads the cv.co.nz training team. We will take you through all the aspects of CV / resume writing and all other systems required to manage your business successfully. Finally, you are presented with your certificate as a cv.co.nz accredited Resume / CV writer and are ready to go!
